Introduction

I specialize in supporting athletes with anxiety, confidence, motivation, burnout, injury recovery, and life transitions, as well as challenges related to identity, relationships, and stress outside of sport. I also work with clients who may not identify as athletes but value structure, goal-setting, and personal growth and want support managing pressure, expectations, or change. My approach is collaborative, practical, and evidence-based. I draw from both counseling and performance & sport psychology to help clients build self-awareness, emotional regulation skills, and mental strategies they can actually use in daily life and competition. Therapy isn’t just about talking—it’s about developing tools that help you show up more fully, consistently, and authentically. My goal is to create a supportive space where clients feel understood, challenged when appropriate, and empowered to move forward with clarity and confidence—both in their performance and in their lives
