Introduction

Living with ADHD, anxiety, panic, depression, OCD, trauma/PTSD, or significant life transitions can feel overwhelming and may affect relationships, work or school performance, sleep, self-confidence, and daily functioning. You do not have to manage these challenges alone. As a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (**PMHNP-BC**), I provide compassionate, evidence-based psychiatric care for adolescents and adults ages 14–54. I offer comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and collaborative treatment planning in a supportive, respectful, and nonjudgmental environment. I recognize that mental health concerns are personal and rarely look the same from one individual to the next. My approach is thoughtful, individualized, and grounded in a whole-person understanding of care. When developing a treatment plan, I consider your current symptoms, personal and family history, strengths, daily responsibilities, prior treatment experiences, medical needs, and goals for your life. I believe the strongest treatment plans are built collaboratively. We will take time to discuss what has been difficult, identify what you hope will improve, review available treatment options, and make decisions together. Whether you are seeking help with ADHD, anxiety, depression, panic symptoms, OCD, trauma-related concerns, or emotional challenges connected to a major life change, my goal is to help you feel informed, supported, and empowered throughout the process. My practice focuses on outpatient psychiatric evaluation and medication management. At this time, I do not provide ongoing benzodiazepine prescribing as part of routine outpatient care, nor do I treat primary substance use disorders. When a different specialty, service, or level of care would better support your needs, I am happy to help connect you with appropriate providers and resources. Taking the first step toward mental health care can be difficult. I strive to create a space where you can feel heard, ask questions openly, and explore a treatment approach that aligns with your needs, values, and preferences. Together, we can work toward greater stability, improved functioning, and lasting well-being.
