Introduction

My name is Chris James. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor. I specialize in integrating the spiritual and physical world from a Christian perspective. This means I value the whole person. I understand the needs of our human side and our spiritual side. I help to blend both unique parts of you, so you can become the best version of yourself. My experience includes serving as a lead counselor for the Fulton County DUI Court Program. In addition, I volunteered at multiple juvenile detention facilities to work alongside at-risk teenagers. More of my experience includes working with individuals to resolve a variety of life challenges, such as stress, depression, social anxiety, childhood and adult trauma, anger management, relationship challenges, general decision-making and more. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and other forms of therapy that would be appropriate to use with an individual. My goal is to modify my approach to meet my clients’ needs. I am here to provide support and guidance throughout your journey and beyond.
