Introduction
Hello and thank you for taking a look at my profile. I have been in private practice since 2008 and specialize in children, teens and family therapy. I have worked with individuals in both Colorado and Washington, got my start in non profits working with the children of those struggling with addiction and teens. I provide play therapy for my younger clients and sand tray for teens and adults. These are both modalities that allow someone to process their life experiences in a way that can be non verbal and offers an amazing ability to change their story and life experiences through empowerment. I take the perspective of how the individual impacts and is impacted by their family system. I help support those who would like to process what is going on in their lives and how we can create a health change for them and their whole family system.
