Introduction

My background in psychology, social work, cognitive training, and wellness has shaped a whole-person approach to helping clients strengthen how they think, learn, and perform. I work with children, teens, adults, older adults, athletes, and individuals with cognitive, developmental, or learning needs. My approach combines individualized cognitive training, executive function coaching, cognitive assessment, motivational interviewing, mindfulness, and strength-based strategies. I also consider sleep, stress, physical wellness, and daily routines because cognitive performance does not happen in isolation. Each program is customized around the client's strengths, challenges, and real-world goals. My goal is to build practical cognitive skills that support greater confidence, independence, and performance in everyday life.
