Hello, and welcome. I'm glad you're here. Reaching out for therapy can feel like one of the hardest first steps. Whether you're navigating anxiety, trauma, relationship challenges, life transitions, grief, or simply feeling overwhelmed, you don't have to carry it alone. I work with older children, adolescents, and adults using a trauma-informed, collaborative, and individualized approach. I believe no two people have lived the same story, so treatment is tailored to your unique experiences, strengths, goals, and needs. My career began as a Child Protective Services Investigator with the South Carolina Department of Social Services, where I developed a strong foundation in child welfare, crisis intervention, and multidisciplinary collaboration. I later spent nearly a decade at Doors to Freedom, serving survivors of human trafficking and complex trauma while helping develop trauma-informed systems of care. Those experiences continue to shape my work today. I believe meaningful transformation begins within safe and trusting relationships. Therapy isn't about fixing who you are—it's about understanding your story, building on your strengths, and helping you move toward the life you hope to build. You don't have to have everything figured out before you begin. We'll take it one step at a time.
