You don’t have to keep holding it all together alone. Whether you’re navigating burnout, relationship patterns that won’t budge, or the emotional impact of neurodivergence, therapy offers a space to slow down and listen to the parts of you that are often overlooked. I work with people who appear "fine" on the surface but feel stuck, disconnected, or unsure of who they’re allowed to be. Our work together will help you make sense of those inner dynamics, how they formed, what they’re protecting, and move toward more honest, resilient connection with yourself and others. I see clients for individual psychoanalytic/psychodynamic therapy at my Squirrel Hill office, with daytime appointments available Tuesday through Friday (no evenings or weekends). Virtual sessions are possible when needed, though I’ve found the work is often most powerful in person.
