Christian is a U.S. Army combat veteran having completed two tours in Afghanistan. His life experiences and military service have shaped a deep compassion for others and a commitment to helping individuals heal and thrive. Christian's approach is warm, empathetic, and grounded in the belief that every person carries the innate capacity for resilience and meaningful growth. Christian provides evidence-based counseling for anxiety, stress, relationship/attachment challenges, and emotional dysregulation. He uses practical, goal-focused tools including emotion regulation, mindfulness, coping strategies, CBT/DBT techniques, and communication/boundary skills. Starting therapy can feel overwhelming, but you do not have to do it alone. Christian offers a supportive, nonjudgmental space where we can work together toward healing, growth, and greater clarity.
