I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) who earned a Master of Science in Counseling Psychology and a Master of Arts in Counseling Ministry from California Baptist University. I work with adolescents, adults, couples, and families navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, abuse (physical, emotional, and sexual), addiction, grief, identity concerns, and spiritual struggles. My approach is warm, compassionate, and collaborative. I believe healing begins in a safe, supportive environment where you feel heard, understood, and accepted without judgment. Together, we will explore the challenges you are facing, identify your strengths, and work toward meaningful, lasting change. For clients who desire it, I am passionate about integrating Christian faith into the therapeutic process. I believe that faith can be a powerful source of hope, healing, and restoration, and I am honored to walk alongside clients as they pursue emotional, relational, and spiritual growth. Whether your faith is central to your healing journey or you are simply looking for a compassionate therapist, my goal is to help you move forward with greater freedom, resilience, and purpose. Seeking therapy is a courageous first step, and I would be honored to walk alongside you as you begin writing your next chapter.
