Welcome, Starting therapy can feel like a big step, especially if you’ve been carrying a lot on your own. Whether this is your first time in counseling or you’ve been before, please know that my priority is creating a space where you feel safe, supported, and respected—exactly as you are. My name is Christian Klement, and I’m an army veteran and mental health counselor with experience supporting people through a variety of life experiences, including trauma, anxiety, grief, relationship struggles, and more. I understand that healing is not one-size-fits-all, and I’ll always work with you at your pace, honoring your voice and your boundaries throughout the process. In our work together, you can expect honesty, compassion, and collaboration. You are the expert on your own story, and my role is to walk alongside you—helping you sort through whatever feels heavy, confusing, or overwhelming right now. We'll explore tools that support your healing, build resilience, and reconnect you with your own inner strength and clarity. Confidentiality is an important part of this process, and I’ll go over those details with you during our first session so you know what to expect and what your rights are. If you have any questions before we meet, please don’t hesitate to reach out. I look forward to getting to know you and supporting you in the ways that matter most to you.
