I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor based in New Jersey, and I work with adults who are feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, stress, life transitions, or a general sense of being “stuck.” Many of the people I work with are high-functioning on the outside but internally dealing with constant worry, pressure, or self-doubt. I got into this field because I’ve always been drawn to understanding how people think, feel, and navigate difficult experiences—and more importantly, how real change actually happens. Therapy shouldn’t feel vague or passive. My goal is to provide a space where you feel understood, while also helping you make clear, meaningful shifts in how you relate to your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. My approach is practical, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based strategies. I often incorporate techniques from cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and acceptance-based approaches to help you build awareness, reduce anxiety, and respond to challenges more effectively. We won’t just talk about problems—we’ll actively work on solutions you can use in your daily life. Clients often come to me for support with anxiety, stress, life transitions, grief, and self-esteem. I also work with individuals experiencing physical symptoms of anxiety such as dizziness, tension, or chronic stress responses. If you’re looking for a therapist who is engaged, direct, and focused on helping you create real change—not just temporary relief—I’d be glad to work with you.
