Introduction

Hi, I’m Christie. I’m a Licensed Mental Health Therapist and Certified Sex Addiction Therapist (CSAT), and I truly care about helping people find their way through some of life’s most painful and confusing experiences. I work with individuals, couples and families, with a focus on betrayal trauma, relationship struggles, trauma, anxiety, depression, self-worth, and recovery from compulsive sexual behaviors. Many of the people I work with feel overwhelmed, hurt, or stuck—and are quietly wondering if things can ever feel better again. I want you to know that they can. My approach is gentle, compassionate, and grounded. I believe people heal best when they feel safe, understood, and not judged. In our work together, I’ll meet you where you are, help you make sense of what you’ve been through, and support you as you begin to move forward—at a pace that feels right for you. Whether you’re navigating a painful relationship, working through past trauma, or simply feeling lost in this season of life, you don’t have to do it alone. There is a path toward healing, and I would be honored to walk it with you.
