I work with youth and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, and developmental disabilities, among other diagnosis. I offer structured & goal-oriented cognitive behavioral therapy as well as reality therapy focusing on how client's choices and behaviors are working for them. During the initial visit you can expect a warm, welcoming, and respectful atmosphere where we can build rapport and begin to develop a treatment plan through a clear understanding of the next steps.
