I work with people who feel caught in anxiety, stress, or relationship patterns that seem to loop no matter how much they want something different. Sometimes that looks like ongoing worry connected to past experiences. Other times it shows up as feeling tense, emotionally overloaded, or like it’s hard to fully relax into your life. In our work together, we explore what you’ve been carrying. We look at the patterns that helped you cope in the past, and we create space for something new to emerge with more curiosity, awareness, and choice. I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 15 years of experience, and I specialize in trauma-informed, somatic therapy. This means we work with both your inner experience and your body’s responses, so healing isn’t just something you think about; it’s something you can actually feel.
