Introduction

I help adults heal from past trauma by reconnecting with themselves and learning to trust their inner voice. As that trust grows, many people begin to feel stronger, more confident, and more connected to who they truly are. With this deeper understanding, they can release old pain, reshape their story, and begin living a life that feels authentic and aligned. Trauma can include any life experience or witnessed event that left you feeling fearful, overwhelmed, or emotionally wounded. It may have changed how you see yourself, how you trust others, or how you understand the world. Even long after the event has passed, trauma can continue to show up in ways that feel painful, confusing, or disruptive in daily life.
