Meaningful change takes more than simply talking about what's wrong. It takes understanding where we've been, recognizing what's keeping us stuck, and discovering healthier ways to move forward. My goal is to help clients do exactly that, with compassion, honesty, and encouragement along the way. I work with clients from young children to older adults, addressing concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and life's unexpected difficulties. Because no two people are alike, I don't believe in a one-size-fits-all approach to counseling. I draw from EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), play therapy, and other evidence-based approaches to develop treatment that fits each person's needs. My Christian faith informs my understanding of people, relationships, and healing, but I respect each client's individual beliefs and values. Whether we're processing painful experiences, working through difficult emotions, or developing practical strategies for everyday life, I believe counseling should offer both understanding and opportunities for meaningful growth. I offer individual counseling for children, adolescents, and adults. I'm currently accepting new clients and would welcome the opportunity to work with you.
