I bring nearly two decades of experience working with anxiety, depression, and trauma, grounded in both military service and formal clinical training. While my time in the military taught me resilience and stress management, I pursued my Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling to deepen my ability to help others navigate their struggles. As a Provisionally Licensed Mental Health Practitioner (PLMHP), I work with teenagers, young adults, and adults using evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), behavioral therapy, and family/marital therapy. My sessions blend practical mindfulness techniques, grounding exercises, and cognitive work to challenge the destructive self-talk that often fuels anxiety and depression. I'm committed to helping you build sustainable self-care skills tailored to your unique needs. I currently offer telehealth sessions and am accepting new clients. If you're ready to work toward meaningful change, I'd love the opportunity to support you.
