Introduction

Therapy is a space to feel seen, heard, and supported. My role is to meet you where you are — with compassion, curiosity, and without judgment — so together we can take steps toward the life you want to live. My specialties include supporting women through pregnancy and postpartum, helping couples strengthen their relationships, and providing trauma therapy for those who have experienced difficult life events. With couples, I use Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) to help partners rebuild, restore, and deepen their connection. With individuals, I provide EMDR therapy to support healing from birth trauma and other painful experiences. With more than 19 years of experience as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, I have worked with individuals, couples, families, and children through many of life’s seasons. My approach is collaborative and relational — a partnership where you feel safe, understood, and supported in your growth. Whether you are navigating the transition into parenthood, rebuilding your relationship, or seeking to heal after trauma, therapy offers a place of renewal, resilience, and connection.
