Her techniques are rooted in exploring mind-body connection and emphasize the power of healing through an interconnected lens. Christina has clinical experience working with individuals, couples, and families. She has assisted clients navigating concerns related to trauma, anxiety and depression, self-esteem, relationships, and sex therapy. Christina is sex-positive, kink-friendly, and affirming of polyamorous relationships and LGBTQIA+. Christina has training in various evidence-based treatment modalities including, Acceptance Commitment Theory (ACT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Attachment . She warmly accepts clients where they are at, and creates effective treatment and lifestyle plans based on individual needs and goals. Christina earned her Master’s in Counseling Psychology from Wayne State University specializing in Marriage and Family therapy, graduating with honors. She is committed to continuing education, diversity, multicultural competence, social advocacy, and community service and engagement. Christina is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor.
