I work with young adults, adults, and older adults, as well as couples, who are navigating high-functioning anxiety, chronic pain, trauma, grief, relationship distress, and major life transitions. Many of the people I work with are thoughtful, capable, and self-aware, yet feel stuck in patterns that haven’t shifted despite years of insight or traditional therapy. My work is trauma-informed and grounded in nervous system and somatic awareness. I integrate parts work (Internal Family Systems), and relational work to help clients understand not just why patterns exist, but how they live in the body and nervous system. Therapy becomes a space for deeper regulation, integration, and lasting change. Many of my clients come in feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck in cycles they can’t quite break. In our sessions, we slow things down, understand what’s happening beneath the surface, and create new pathways for communication, emotional regulation, and secure connection — both internally and with others. My style is warm, grounded, and collaborative. Using Insurance? Verify here care.headway.co/providers/christina-collins
