You may feel stuck, overwhelmed, grieving, or carrying experiences that still live in your body long after they happened. Many of the people I work with are thoughtful, sensitive, and deeply aware of the world around them, yet unsure how to move forward or find relief. You might be navigating loss, trauma, substance use, or a major life transition and wanting not just symptom relief, but understanding, growth, and a steadier sense of yourself. I offer a collaborative, transpersonal approach tailored to you. I specialize in grief, trauma, substance use, and life transitions, and I’m trained in EMDR to help the nervous system process distressing experiences. I also provide Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) in partnership with Journey Clinical when appropriate. Seeking support can feel vulnerable, especially if you’ve been carrying things alone for a long time. Therapy can be a space to slow down, make sense of your experiences, and feel more grounded. If this resonates, you’re welcome to reach out and we can explore whether working together feels like a supportive next step.
