Introduction

Many of my clients come in feeling exhausted by pressure, self-criticism, or the belief that their worth is tied to performance, productivity, or appearance. I work with clients across the lifespan, with primary experience supporting children and adolescents navigating big emotions, school stress, social pressures, identity exploration, or family changes. I also enjoy working with families and caregivers to strengthen communication, deepen understanding, and develop practical, supportive ways of caring for one another. My approach is collaborative and compassionate, built from expressive arts, narrative practices, and CBT-based tools. Together, we build emotional awareness, practical coping skills, and healthier patterns of communication to support growth.
