CHRISTINA is a compassionate and highly experienced counselor dedicated to helping individuals navigate the challenges of trauma, domestic violence, anxiety, and depression. With a Master’s degree in Professional Counseling and certification in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), she brings over 15 years of expertise in guiding clients through their healing journey. Her therapeutic approach is grounded in empowering clients to gain a deeper understanding of their emotions, break free from negative thought patterns, and build a foundation for lasting mental well-being. Her work is centered on creating a safe and supportive environment where clients feel valued and heard. Christina also provides clinical residency supervision and EMDR consultation (as a consultant in training) to emerging therapists, guiding them through skill development and clinical decision-making. NATE is a Resident in counseling providing counseling via telehealth. With a background in law enforcement and firefighting, he brings a unique and informed perspective to his work as a mental health professional. He has provided compassionate, evidence-based care to a wide range of clients, including first responders, couples, adolescents, children, and adults facing diverse mental health challenges. Nate’s lived experience allows him to deeply understand the pressures and complexities faced by those in high-stress professions, particularly police, firefighters, and healthcare workers. He is passionate about supporting individuals through life’s toughest moments and helping them find resilience, clarity, and healing.
