Christina Hostetler, M.A., LPC, has worked as a therapist focusing on children, teens, and their families since 2008. She is the director of Therapy Experienced and loves working with clients to find hope and healing. She works with each unique individual to build a therapy process that reflects their individual needs and journey. She uses multiple tools including non-directive play therapy, sand tray, talk therapy, and EMDR to see clients find freedom. She has worked as a white water guide, been a D1 athlete, raised 4 children, learned to enjoy Nordic skiing and cycling, learned to cook food that nurtures the body and conversations, learned to garden, loves great sneakers, and recently learned how to use a manual espresso maker. All of which mean she knows it is really important to engage the whole person. She knows that sometimes kicking a soccer ball around is more healing than just sitting and talking and believes that play, joy, tears, honesty, laughter, and fun can all play a vital role in healing.
