Introduction

My name is Christina, and I am a compassionate and attentive psychotherapist. I love to creatively integrate EMDR into my work with trauma, grief, and negative core beliefs. Many of us carry unhealed wounds from the past that are blocking our capacity for health, growth, and self-actualization. My focus is to help you heal from whatever is holding you back so you can reach your fullest potential. The greatest gift you can give to the world and the people around you is to show up as your healed authentic self – aligned with your core beliefs and values. It is my privilege to walk alongside you during whatever stage of life you’re in.
