Therapy can be a powerful journey to understanding your body and mind. We will use wisdom from science and culture to access your strengths, heal old wounds, and find trust in your decision making process, rooted in an authentic space of compassion. Together we can remove obstacles, resolve pain and untangle patterns preventing you from reaching your goals. My background is diverse, from teaching strategic happiness at Stanford to working in the hospital system, with foster youth and community mental health, rehabilitation from substance misuse and incarceration, k-12 and university settings. I have a special interest in nervous system regulation for sensory processing differences (HSP) and self-compassion. Each unique story is deserving of care and a sense of belonging. My goal is to work compassionately to help you process your pain to create sustainable patterns, habits, and tools you can continue to use to gain life meaning and satisfaction.
