I am here to support and accompany them as they heal and thrive in a life worth cultivating. I specialize in working with adults (18 and older) and couples to build healthier relationships with themselves and others. Each session is thoughtfully tailored to meet clients where they are, creating a safe space for curiosity, understanding, and connection—within a structured framework that nurtures compassionate healing and growth. I incorporate elements from several therapeutic modalities, including Person-Centered Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), the Gottman Method, and Art Therapy. I am also trained in Brainspotting. I am passionate about supporting individuals navigating anxiety, ADHD, trauma and complex trauma, relationship challenges, life transitions, and grief.
