Introduction

I am a psychotherapist (LCSW) working with adults experiencing difficulties related to relationships, anxiety, depression, life transitions, and persistent patterns that interfere with satisfaction and wellbeing. Many of the individuals I work with find themselves repeating the same dynamics in close relationships, struggling with self-criticism, or feeling uncertain about their direction in life despite outward success. My approach is psychodynamic and informed by an understanding of how early experiences, attachment patterns, and unconscious processes influence current functioning. In therapy, we work together to identify and understand these underlying dynamics, with the aim of reducing distress, increasing self-awareness, and supporting more adaptive ways of relating to oneself and others. I offer virtual appointments to those located in New York. Please feel free to get in touch with any questions. Please message me to set up a free initial consultation.
