I focus on creating a calming and affirming environment where my clients can feel comfortable while we address uncomfortable parts of their current and past life. I employ many intervention strategies that are tailored to meet the needs of the person I'm working with. These include CBT, TF-CBT, DBT, EMDR and Self Compassion. You can expect to be treated with respect and compassion, while still receiving the encouragement to take hard steps toward the future life you want to me living.
