With over two decades of personal and professional experience in the military community, I bring a deep understanding of the culture, values, and unique challenges faced by those who serve. I have worked clinically with Active-Duty Service Members, currently support the Ohio Army National Guard, and have been a proud military spouse for 21 years. I am a Certified First Responder Counselor (CFRC) and am pending endorsement by the Firefighter Behavioral Health Alliance. I am committed to providing therapy that honors your experience, respects your service, and speaks your language. Clients I work with often face trauma, violence, loss, and the relentless demands of high-stakes, high-pressure work. Many struggle with burnout from chronic stress and operational tempo. I see you, and I am not afraid to hear your story. You are more than your survival—I’m here to honor the full depth and complexity of your experience. I recognize the strength it takes to do what you do, and I am ready to walk alongside you through the hardest parts of it. You are capable of so much more than just surviving. If something here resonates with you, I invite you to reach out—I would be honored to support your journey. Please note: Due to ethical and professional boundaries, I am unable to see actively serving members of the Ohio National Guard at this time. My Approach to Therapy I use a variety of evidence-based, therapeutic approaches to support healing, resilience, and growth. One of my specialties is Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), an evidence-based, fast-acting treatment designed to help people overcome trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, phobias and more. ART helps clients process difficult memories and emotions in a safe, controlled way, often leading to meaningful relief in fewer sessions than traditional therapy. Many clients appreciate how quickly ART can reduce symptoms and improve their quality of life. My goal is to provide therapy that feels respectful and collaborative so you can move beyond survival and thrive.
