Introduction

I am a bilingual-bicultural Salvadorian Mexican American. I have 14+ years of experience providing therapy to youth, adults, families, and couples who struggle with depression, anxiety, addiction, childhood trauma, unhealthy communication, and other negative life events. I am certified in EMDR (Eye movement, desensitization, and reprocessing) and have helped many individuals identify their unwanted, intrusive negative thoughts, memories, or feelings about self and assisted them in reprocessing these traumatic or unwanted memories. I also understand the struggle of fidelity to yourself and others, as well as the power of setting goals and the work it takes to achieve them. I can help you sort through what is important to you, while keeping family, friends, and culture in mind.
