Introduction

The ability to feel in control of your life isn’t out of reach – and you don’t have to get there alone. I’m Christina (she/her/hers), a licensed therapist with two decades of experience supporting adults in the LGBTQ+ community as they navigate identity, life transitions, and self-discovery. As someone who’s part of this community, I don’t just work with LGBTQ+ clients – I understand them. I know how complex identity can be, how different it feels to belong versus simply exist, and how heavy it is to move through a world that doesn’t always see you clearly. My practice is a space for all your “differents” – your intersections, your resilience, your pain, and your power. No part of you is too much or too little here. I specialize in helping people rebuild clarity and control in their lives, especially when they’ve felt overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected. That might mean working through stress, navigating relationships, moving through grief, or clearing out the emotional clutter that’s been in your way. My goal is to help you name what’s holding you back, reclaim your voice, and move forward with confidence. ~~ MY VALUES AND APPROACH TO THERAPY ~~ Therapy with me starts with deep curiosity – about you, your story, and the places where life feels off track. I don’t walk ahead or behind. I meet you exactly where you are, and we move forward together. You set the pace. We shape the path. I work from a place of profound respect for your autonomy. You’re the expert in your life. My role is to help you reconnect with that truth, and to gently challenge you when needed, so you can reach the goals that matter most. Whether we’re talking through patterns of anxiety or depression, exploring your internal self-talk, or getting clear on what you want next, we’re always working toward the same things: Relief. Power. Choice. This work isn’t about “getting over it.” It’s about integration –turning pain into something durable and honest. Not a scab that reopens, but a scar that speaks to survival. I want you to be proud of yours.
