I'm Christie, a marriage and family therapist with a Master's Degree in Counseling from Palo Alto University. I work with individuals across the lifespan—from toddlers through elders—as well as couples, families, and groups. Whether you're navigating relationship challenges, parenting concerns, grief, trauma, work stress, or questions about identity, I bring a warm, non-judgmental, trauma-informed approach to our work together. I'm trained in several evidence-based modalities including Internal Family Systems (IFS), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), EMDR, and Gottman methods. For couples—including those in non-monogamous relationships—I integrate Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and nonviolent communication strategies. I'm committed to working with people from diverse backgrounds and creating a safe, affirming space for healing. I offer both in-person and telehealth appointments and accept TriWest Healthcare Alliance insurance. I'm currently accepting new clients.
