Introduction

I help teens, young adults, and adults work through anxiety, grief, trauma-related concerns, relationship challenges, and life transitions. I have a particular interest in helping young adults navigate changing roles, relationships, and expectations. My approach is warm, collaborative, and practical. Together, we can make sense of what feels difficult, recognize patterns, build coping skills, and develop healthier boundaries and relationships. I draw on cognitive behavioral, acceptance and commitment, and attachment-based approaches, adapting our work to your needs and goals. I offer telehealth for clients located in North Carolina.
