Introduction

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in New Jersey specializing in trauma-informed therapy for youth and adults experiencing anxiety, emotional burnout, and relationship distress. Many of the clients I work with are high-functioning and capable on the outside, yet feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck in patterns that no longer serve them. Therapy offers a space to slow down, make sense of what you are experiencing, and begin creating meaningful and lasting change. I work with individuals who are struggling with: Anxiety and chronic stress Depression or emotional numbness Relationship conflict or emotional disconnection Burnout, caregiving stress, or major life transitions The impact of unresolved trauma or difficult family dynamics Many clients come to therapy after years of managing on their own, often reaching out when symptoms begin to affect their relationships, work, or sense of self. My approach is trauma-informed, collaborative, and grounded in safety. Together, we explore how past experiences influence current emotions, reactions, and relationship patterns—without rushing or forcing the process. Therapy is not about reliving the past. It is about gaining insight, building emotional regulation, strengthening boundaries, and developing healthier ways of relating to yourself and others. I tailor treatment to your individual needs and pace, with a focus on sustainable change Clients often report: Improved emotional awareness and regulation Reduced anxiety and overwhelm Clearer boundaries and communication Increased self-understanding and self-trust Greater emotional connection in relationships Change happens gradually, but with consistency and support, therapy can help you feel more grounded, confident, and connected.
