Over the past two years, Christine has gained valuable experience through volunteering with both women’s groups and youth counseling for foster children. These roles have fueled her desire to create meaningful connections and support her clients in achieving their goals. Christine utilizes a variety of therapeutic modalities, including Narrative Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Psychodynamic Therapy, and Person – Centered Therapy. She works primarily with couples, women, and children, and is open to working with diverse populations, including the LGBTQ+ community. While she is still early in her mental health career, she is excited to continue building her skills and understanding. Christine has learned that people are incredibly adaptive and creative in their journey toward healing and growth. She finds it deeply rewarding to witness her clients’ strength and resilience as they navigate life’s challenges and work toward their goals. What Christine loves the most about being a mental health professional is the opportunity to connect with people from all walks of life. She is inspired by the diversity and richness of her clients’ experiences and is honored to provide a safe, supportive space where they can explore their feelings and inner thoughts.
