Welcome. My name is Christine. I've spent over two decades helping people navigate the messiness of being human - and I'm still drawn to the depth and humanity in every story I hear. Many of my clients are physicians, nurses, or other helping professionals, where the pressure to hold it all together feels constant. I also work with first generation professionals, first responders, and survivors of religious trauma. I provide 3 free sessions to many healthcare workers through my affiliation with the Oregon Wellness Program. I also specialize in working with Asian, biracial, multiracial, and people of color who feel pulled between cultural expectations and their own personal needs, while navigating complex cultural expectations, identity questions, and intergenerational dynamics that can be hard to name, let alone untangle. In addition, I welcome clients from all backgrounds who are seeking meaningful and transformative therapy. My practice is a space for people who are high functioning but emotionally exhausted, often wrestling with questions of self worth, belonging, and how to take care of themselves while still showing up for others. 3 FREE SESSIONS FOR HEALTHCARE WORKERS I offer 3 free 1-hour sessions to healthcare workers in Oregon, licensed under OMB and OSBN. This cost-free benefit is funded by the Oregon Wellness Program. To access this benefit, you can call or 503-319-6309.
