Introduction

Something feels off between you and your partner, and it's not just the dishes, the finances, or who said what last Tuesday. I work with couples and individuals throughout Raleigh, Wake Forest, and across North Carolina, helping couples find their way back to feeling like a team. Using Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), one of the most researched approaches to lasting relational change, and the Gottman Method, we'll get beneath the surface-level conflict to what's really going on. I also work with individual adults navigating anxiety, life transitions (starting college, job changes, becoming a parent), corporate burnout, and chronic illness. I offer a free 15-minute consultation to see if working together feels like the right fit. A superbill is available upon request for clients seeking out-of-network reimbursement. All are welcome here. I welcome people of all backgrounds, identities, relationship structures, and life experiences, and I’m committed to creating a space where you can feel respected, understood, and accepted. I'm a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate (LCMHCA), practicing under the supervision of Alyx Beckwith, PhD, LCMHCS.
