I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who works with adults navigating anxiety, depression, mood difficulties, relationship patterns, and the lasting impact of childhood trauma. I especially enjoy working with curious, introspective people who have insight into their lives but still find themselves repeating patterns they don’t fully understand. My work is trauma-informed and grounded in the belief that understanding ourselves more deeply can create meaningful, lasting change. I’m also a trauma-informed yoga instructor and certified holistic health counselor, which informs my integrative perspective on mind-body wellbeing. My approach is warm, collaborative, curious, and clinically grounded. I integrate psychodynamic therapy, IFS parts work, somatic therapy, and mindfulness to explore the roots of patterns and how they show up in your life today. Together, we’ll develop greater awareness and compassion for the different parts of yourself while building new ways of responding. My goal is to help you feel more connected to yourself, your emotions, and your body.
