Introduction

Hi there — I’m truly glad you’re here. Reaching out for support takes courage, and finding the right therapist is an important step toward change. Even if you don’t end up working with me, you’re doing something good for yourself — and that deserves recognition and kindness. If you’ve ever caught yourself thinking “I can’t do this anymore” or “I’m better than this,” my responses are simple: You don’t have to do it alone. And yes, you absolutely are. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, or simply feeling stuck, you deserve clarity, healing, and peace in your life. I believe therapy is not a one-size-fits-all experience. My approach is collaborative and intentional — tailored to who you are and what you need. Think of therapy like a driving course: you’re in the driver’s seat, and I’m here to teach you the skills and maneuvers that help you navigate life’s unexpected turns. With the right tools and support, you can move forward with greater confidence and control. If you’ve been carrying a heavy load for a long time, maybe today is the day you set it down. Every pivot — no matter how small — can lead to transformation. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT) — integrating mindfulness, somatic awareness, and trauma-informed care to help clients reconnect with themselves and build practical coping strategies that actually work in real life. My approach is active and empowering: I’ll challenge you when necessary, support you when you stumble, and celebrate every bit of growth along the way. Together, we’ll make sense of what’s been holding you back and uncover what it looks like to move forward intentionally.
