I am warm, empathically curious, neuro-affirming and trauma informed. I believe that growth is not linear, and that our greatest leaps happen when we are able to change perspective, shed labels, and gain confidence in our own self-expression...whatever that means to us. As human beings, we don’t exist in a vacuum – we are interdependent with our bodies, our environment, our social and cultural structures, and our relationships. We often need time to understand the role that our symptoms are playing in our lives before we label them as inherently problematic. What you will find that we spend most of our time together in curiosity, seeking to understand you and your situation in context, so that we can explore new ways for you to find healing and relief.
