Introduction

I work with people who feel stuck or uncertain about where to turn for support—and I help them find their own path forward. As a clinical health psychologist and Marine Corps veteran, I bring both clinical training and lived experience to my work. I specialize in anxiety, depression, trauma, and the unique stressors that medical professionals face, along with ADHD, chronic illness, and life transitions across all ages. Whether you're a child navigating school challenges, a teenager finding your way, a young adult managing college stress, or an adult or elder working through a difficult season, I'm here to meet you where you are. I offer evidence-based therapeutic approaches tailored to your needs. I also conduct psychological assessments and pre-surgical evaluations. Beyond individual sessions, I facilitate groups, classes, and coaching. I accept most major insurance plans and offer both telehealth and in-person appointments. I'm currently accepting new clients and would welcome the opportunity to support your growth.
