I work with curiosity instead of judgment, helping you understand the patterns that keep you stuck and supporting your nervous system in learning that it's safe to try something different. My approach is trauma-informed, and I'm trained in EMDR, which can be powerful for painful experiences that still feel held in your body. I also draw on other techniques and practical skills when they fit your needs. I see adults and couples navigating a wide range of issues including anxiety, depression, burn out, relationship strain, as well as major life transitions. Before becoming a therapist, I spent nearly twenty years coaching in organizational settings, so I understand what it means to carry a lot while appearing fine on the surface. Sessions move at your pace, nothing gets rushed, and you stay in control of what we explore. I'm currently accepting new clients and offer both in-person sessions in Wheat Ridge and telehealth across Colorado.
