I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with a Doctorate in Educational Leadership, where I focused on Educational Psychology and how people learn, grow, and adapt through life transitions. For over a decade, I’ve had the privilege of walking alongside individuals, couples, and families through anxiety, stress, life transitions, and relationship struggles. My experience in schools, community counseling, and private practice has shaped my ability to meet people where they are and support lasting change. I specialize in helping couples strengthen communication and rebuild trust, and I provide faith-sensitive counseling when desired. Beyond the therapy room, I grew up in a multicultural home where hard work, compassion, and community were core values, and those lessons continue to shape how I connect with clients today. At home, life is full and joyful with my wife, our children, and our two dogs, Ferdinand and Avery. I find balance and creativity through Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, painting, photography, piano, yoga, and weightlifting — outlets that keep me grounded and often inspire my work.
