Introduction
Hi, I am Chris Jarosinski, LPC, practicing in Virginia. Over the last decade, I've worked with a wide range of clients. Most recently, I've worked with faculty, students, and staff at colleges throughout Virginia. Over the years, I've developed a strategic style that draws on different theories and modalities, tailoring my sessions to each individual. I've curated skills and interventions that I've seen repeated success with that have helped cement my personal style. I also worked in an environment where sessions were limited, and I have been able to make progress with my clients in a short amount of time. A little about me: I'm described as laid-back and easy-going — and that's genuinely who I am. I also show up as passionate, direct, and fully invested in the people I work with. Outside the office, you'll find me hiking (my profile photo is from the Mist Trail at Yosemite), staying active, and — as of last year — a Spartan race finisher. I'm a big soccer fan, and I share my home with two cats who have a habit of making cameo appearances in sessions. Consider them part of the team.
