Hi, I’m Chris Madigan, a licensed professional counselor. I see therapy as a partnership: you bring your experiences, questions, and hopes, and I walk alongside you as we explore what matters most to you. I work with teens, adults, and older adults navigating anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, relationship challenges, and life transitions. I especially enjoy supporting people who feel disconnected, are questioning their identity or values, or are searching for meaning. I also welcome exploration of spirituality, including processing harmful religious experiences, without providing faith-based counseling. My approach is collaborative and shaped around your needs. I draw from cognitive behavioral, narrative, existential, psychodynamic, and strengths-based therapies to help you understand patterns, build coping skills, and find a direction that feels meaningful. I’m an LGBTQ+ and racial-justice allied provider, and I welcome clients in polyamorous and ethically non-monogamous relationships. You don’t need to have everything figured out before starting therapy. Together, we can make room for difficult questions, explore who you are, and work toward a life that feels more connected to your values.
