Introduction

Christopher “Wuzu” Owusu is an LPC-Associate and Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor who believes therapy should provide both a space to be understood and practical tools for meaningful change. As a U.S. Army combat veteran and former educator, Wuzu brings a grounded perspective to his work with adults navigating stress, relationships, life transitions, identity and purpose, emotional challenges, and substance use or recovery. Wuzu’s approach is warm, collaborative, and direct. He helps clients look beneath the surface to understand the patterns, beliefs, and experiences influencing their lives while developing strategies they can use beyond the therapy room. His goal is not simply greater insight, but helping clients turn that insight into intentional, lasting change.
