Introduction

Therapy with me is conversational, compassionate, and grounded. We’ll take time to understand what you’ve been carrying, where patterns may be keeping you stuck, and what you need to feel steadier and more connected. Sometimes that includes learning tools to manage anxiety day-to-day, and other times it means slowing down enough to process deeper and sometimes uncomfortable experiences. There will be moments when I challenge you, but I am right beside you throughout the journey. During our first session, we will begin getting to know each other in a supportive and comfortable space while also completing a clinical assessment. This assessment helps me better understand your background, current concerns, emotional experiences, and any important areas of your life that may be impacting your well-being. We will talk about what brought you to therapy, what challenges you have been facing, and what you hope to gain from our work together. You don’t have to have everything figured out or know exactly what to say—this session is simply a starting point. I may ask questions about your history, relationships, and support systems so I can gain a clearer picture of how to best support you. By the end of the session, we will begin identifying goals for therapy and discuss how we can move forward in a way that feels helpful and meaningful for you. One of my greatest strengths as a therapist is my ability to create a space where clients feel genuinely seen, understood, and safe to be themselves. My approach is warm, thoughtful, and collaborative, allowing clients to openly explore their thoughts, emotions, and life experiences without fear of judgment. Clients often appreciate that I balance empathy with insight, helping them gain deeper self-awareness while also guiding them toward healthier perspectives, stronger emotional resilience, and more meaningful relationships. Many of the clients who connect with me are people who are used to being strong for everyone else but quietly feel overwhelmed, exhausted, or unsure of themselves inside. They may struggle with anxiety, overthinking, relationship challenges, or feeling stuck in patterns that no longer serve them. I work well with individuals who are ready to better understand themselves, heal from past experiences, and learn healthier ways to navigate emotions, boundaries, and relationships. My goal is to create a space where you feel genuinely seen, heard, and supported while we work together to help you regain clarity, confidence, and a deeper sense of peace in your life.
