Christy’s therapy style is transparent, action-based, liberating, and hopeful. She meets her clients where they are and tailors her approach to their unique needs. Through a combination of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Christy works collaboratively with clients to set meaningful goals and explore the stressors preventing them from achieving their fullest potential. In addition to therapy, Christy applies her leadership development experience to help senior leaders and organizational teams create growth plans, strategic vision, and actionable steps for success.
