Introduction

Finding the right therapist can be overwhelming. If you are looking for a warm and supportive space to feel comfortable sharing your story, I’d like to help. My goal is to provide you with greater self-confidence, a deeper understanding of yourself and others, and practical ways to manage life stressors. With over 28 years of experience as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, I have worked with adolescents, teens and adults dealing with issues including anxiety, depression, self-esteem, resilience and self-worth, postpartum mood\anxiety disorders and life transitions. I have experience in a variety of clinical settings including day treatment programs in schools, on-site clinical therapist at a boarding school, community mental health and private practice. Finally, I have advanced clinical training in perinatal mental health through the Postpartum Stress Center in Philadelphia. I am grateful to be a part of your therapeutic journey. I look forward to learning more about you and your story.
