Introduction

I work with people of all ages who feel anxious, depressed, overwhelmed, or disconnected from themselves. Many are navigating chronic stress or illness, major life transitions, or patterns they no longer want to repeat. They want steadiness, clarity, and a deeper sense of connection—both internally and in their relationships. My ideal client is ready for a thoughtful introspection in a welcoming, safe space, to slow down, understand their inner world, and move toward a more grounded and meaningful life. My intention is for therapy to feel collaborative, empowering, and deeply attuned to your nervous system, your story and goals. Clients often describe me as warm and nurturing. As a trauma-informed, holistic therapist, I blend CBT, ACT, DBT, IFS, attachment theory, interpersonal neurobiology, polyvagal-informed practices, with somatic awareness, mindfulness, and creative or nature-based tools to help clients reduce distress, build resilience, and feel more connected and balanced. In our work together, you can expect a grounded, compassionate space where all parts of you are welcome. I use evidence-based approaches while emphasizing mind–body connection, helping you develop practical skills for regulation, insight, and resilience. We can explore patterns from the past, your inner sense of safety, or build tools for daily stressors.
